How to Prepare Your Immune System for Winter
As the late Summer season turns to Fall, it’s time for us to fortify ourselves for Winter. Learn how to strengthen your immune system through diet and lifestyle modifications, while enjoying recommendations to support both liver and intestinal detoxification. Recommendations are easy to execute, sustainable and delicious. Recipes are supplied so you can experience the delicious and healing foods of the Fall season.
This is not a specific program, but a presentation of individualized recommendations that don’t require fasting or restrictive diets. You choose how you apply the recommendations to your life or in your family. Registering for these classes means anyone in your household can join.
